Propane Mosquito Foggers

Question:
when you use one of those propane powered mosquito foggers is the stuff they spray a toxin, or just a stinky smoke to drive them away? Wouldn't mind using one, but I don't want to kill everything the fog touches.

Answer:
-Never heard of a propane powered mosquito fogger. Are you talking about those $300+ contraptions that attract and kill mosquitos? The ones I've seen use propane to generate carbon dioxide (and/or use octenol) to attract mosquitos to a central location where they are sucked to a chamber to die.

There's no toxins involved (unless octenol happens to be one).

-correct. and they do work. the octenol is not a released toxin.
